By using Wimia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
1. The service
Wimia provides bead-grid drawing, draft and design management, material inventory, an inspiration gallery, interaction features, optional voice-to-text for design descriptions, AI pattern generation, and consumable Pearl in-app purchases. AI, purchases, startup configuration, service sessions, and speech recognition may require a network connection. Camera, microphone, and speech-recognition features require your permission when used.
2. Eligibility and device sessions
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. Minors should use Wimia with a parent or guardian's permission and guidance. Protect your device and current session and take responsibility for actions performed through them. Do not impersonate another person or bypass access, safety, or purchase restrictions.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Wimia to:
- process unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise harmful content;
- use photos, trademarks, designs, or personal information that you have no right to process;
- interfere with the app, AI service, purchase flow, or related technical systems; or
- extract credentials, evade Pearl charges, abuse automation, or distribute malicious code.
4. Your content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in original patterns, images, and text and represent that you have the right to use and submit selected content. You grant Wimia a non-exclusive license limited to operating, displaying, processing, and supporting the functions you choose.
Choosing AI generation means you instruct Wimia to transmit the selected image and entered instructions to OpenRouter and the model provider selected for that request to process the generation request. The app currently prefers Google Gemini image models provided through OpenRouter.
5. Gallery and interaction safety
Community supports likes, comments, follows, Remakes, blocks, and reports. Respect other creators and do not submit or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Blocking hides the relevant creator's content, while reporting records the selected content and reason. Contact local emergency services if a real-world emergency exists.
6. AI generation
AI output can be inaccurate, unavailable, repetitive, unsatisfactory, or similar to third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring your use is lawful. OpenRouter and model providers process requests under their own terms and privacy rules; Wimia does not guarantee retention, logging, model-training practices, or processing locations. Do not submit sensitive information or images you have no right to process. AI features may fail or pause because of network conditions, service restrictions, or maintenance.
7. Pearls and in-app purchases
- Pearls are used only for AI pattern generation inside Wimia. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
- The app grants 150 Pearls once when you first begin. One successfully completed AI generation costs 50 Pearls.
- Additional Pearls are sold as fixed-quantity consumable purchases through Apple. Prices and taxes are those shown in Apple's purchase confirmation.
- Consumable Pearls do not have a restore-purchases function. Apple handles cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes under its policies.
- The app stores transaction-deduplication records on device to prevent duplicate Pearl grants. Used Pearls are not refundable except where required by law or Apple policy.
8. Third-party services
Wimia uses Apple, Adjust, OpenRouter, OpenRouter's model providers, and app-service infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy rules, and Wimia does not fully control their availability. Privacy and terms entries open fixed web pages.
9. Intellectual property
Except for content in which you lawfully hold rights, the Wimia software, interface, branding, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant a right to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit those materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Changes, stopping use, and access restrictions
Wimia's functions may be updated, limited, or stopped for security, compliance, maintenance, or product changes. You can stop using the app, end the session, or use Profile → Delete Account → Delete → Delete Permanently to clear the data described in the Privacy Policy. Access to related services may be restricted for violations of these terms.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of AI results, uninterrupted availability, content accuracy, or permanent preservation of data. To the extent permitted by law, Wimia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from device failure, network interruption, third-party services, user-provided content, or misuse. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
